  • Customer Inquiries:

  • Prompt customer response is a priority for us. Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. PST. Inquiries received during these times, will receive a response on the following business day. Inquiries on weekends or holidays will receive a response on the following business day.
  • Payment Methods:

  • All winning bidders will receive an invoice on the business day following the close of the auction.
  • A deposit of 40% is to be paid within 10 business days of auction close; the balance due is to be paid within 10 business days of our contacting buyer after our receipt and inspection of merchandise in our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.   Orders will be subject to cancellation for invoices not paid within the specified timeframe.
  • All payments must be received and cleared before we release merchandise from our Las Vegas warehouse.
  • Should a customer be dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason other than misrepresentation of the item based upon our photographs and description, we will refund the customer’s money, less all shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. This also applies to all cancelled orders.  Returns must be made within ten (10) days within receipt of merchandise.
  • All returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee.
  • Sales Tax:

  • Buyers within Nevada will be charged sales tax of 7.25%. This tax is waived for customers who present a valid sales tax exemption certificate.
  • Store Ship-to Locations:

    United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America.

    Shipping & Handling:

  • Our merchandise is shipped in a container from our warehouse in Italy once it is sold. Therefore, delivery may take up to 10-12 weeks from date of purchase (possibly longer if delivery address is outside of the Continental US). We will send our buyers periodic updates of the date of delivery for their merchandise as that information becomes available.
  • We have included a fixed price for packing and shipping in each item description.   This is a fixed price for all delivery addresses within the Continental US.  If delivery address is outside the Continental US, you may request a shipping quote by sending us an e-mail with the eBay item number, zip code at delivery address, and any other delivery information that may impact the cost of delivery (i.e. accessibility issues, special hours of delivery, etc).
  • Customer is responsible for any and all additional delivery charges due to failed scheduled delivery attempts.  These charges are due and payable to the shipping/delivery company upon final delivery of an item.
  • Insurance is included in the cost of Shipping & Handling.  If an item is damaged during shipment, please retain all packing materials and contact us immediately.  Please send to us photos of the packing materials and the damaged item, which would support your claim.  Also include copies of any paperwork you may have received from the driver.  Your claim will be forwarded to the company who packed and shipped your item and they will contact you upon their receipt of your claim.   All claims must be filed within five (5) business days of the delivery of your item.
  • The cost of packing generally does not include a wooden crate, due to the significantly greater expense ($100+ depending on the size of the item). If you choose to have your item wood crated please let us know via e-mail and we will send you a quote.  Note: This service is only available to those who win an item at auction.
  • While we are confident that the packing and shipping/delivery companies with whom we work will provide excellent service, we do not assume any responsibility whatsoever on behalf of these or any other packing and/or shipping/delivery company. If you are not completely comfortable or satisfied with our choice of packing and/or shipping/delivery companies, we encourage you to contact another shipper of your choice. Upon your request, we will be happy to provide your shipper with the information they require.
  • Merchandise must be picked-up, or delivery must be arranged, within 30 days of our contacting the buyers regarding the arrival of the merchandise at our Las Vegas warehouse.  A storage fee of $50/month/item will be assessed for merchandise not picked-up within this time frame.
  • Customer Service & Return Policy:

  • An antique is an item that is at least 100 years old. Not everything we sell is antique, nor do we represent all our merchandise to be so.  If we are representing an item to be an antique, we will specifically note that in our listing.
  • Antique furniture will show signs of age and normal wear and tear; it will not look new. 
  • Our guarantee to you is to photograph and describe our merchandise in its true “as-is” condition.  All of our photos are actual photos of the item that is being listed.  What you see in our photos is what you will get.
  • Should a customer be dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason other than misrepresentation of the item based upon our photographs and description, we will refund the customer’s money, less all shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. This also applies to all cancelled orders.  Returns must be made within ten (10) days within delivery of merchandise.
  • Merchandise Availability:

  • We do not have a retail store or a showroom and we typically do not maintain an inventory in our Las Vegas warehouse. As our European buyers acquire merchandise, we immediately post it on our eBay auction site. A container is shipped at the end of each month with that month’s sold merchandise.  Consequently, delivery could take up to 12 weeks. We will ship containers on a more frequent basis as business requires.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise in our Las Vegas warehouse, we will contact the winning bidders of the items. At that time, we will invoice for the remaining balance due on all purchases in addition to the cost of shipping and handling.
